What changes in your week

Payroll without timecards

Hours go into Gusto or QuickBooks, split into regular, overtime, and double time under California or federal rules. Approve each week first if you want to.

Clock-in with no tapping

Time starts when a worker arrives at the job and switches to Traveling when they leave. No signal on site? The phone saves every punch and sends it later.

Mistakes caught before payday

Forgotten clock-outs, 16-hour shifts, missed meal breaks, and clock-ins away from the site land in one list. That person waits out of payroll until it's fixed.

Job costs you can see

Snap a supply-house receipt. AI puts each line on that job and into your inventory, so you know what's in the shop, on each truck, and on each job.

Everyone knows where to be

A weekly schedule your crew sees on their phone, time-off requests you approve in one tap, and a live map of who's clocked in where.

Paperwork done on the phone

Daily reports, safety meetings, and truck inspections with photos and signatures. Job photos, notes, and full plan sets, too.

Set up in three steps

  1. Sign up and pick a company code. Your crew types it to log in.
  2. Add your crew and jobs. Each worker gets a username and password. No email needed.
  3. Connect Gusto or QuickBooks. Hours go over by themselves every 10 minutes.

Pay for the people working

One monthly price per active crew member

  • Every feature included
  • AI receipt reads included for each crew member, every month
  • Deactivate someone and you stop paying for them
  • Extra AI reads or storage are optional and priced on your billing page before you add them

Questions owners ask

Does it track my workers all the time?

No. Each worker turns auto clock-in on or off, and location is only saved while they're clocked in. Workers can download everything stored about them.

What if the job site has no signal?

Clocking in, out, and breaks still work. The phone keeps each punch with the time it happened and sends it when signal comes back.

We use QuickBooks, not Gusto.

Connect QuickBooks Online and hours go in as timesheets on each job, ready for QuickBooks Payroll. Receipts can go in as job expenses. With neither, print or export hours for any payroll service.

Does it follow California labor rules?

It splits daily and weekly overtime and 7th-day hours, flags possible missed meal breaks, and keeps hours for the 3 years payroll records must be kept.

Do my workers need an email address?

No. You give each worker a username and a starting password. They log in with your company code.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged. Pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, the account pauses and your data stays until you delete it.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Download everything as spreadsheets anytime. Photos, plans, and receipts can also copy to your own Google Drive or OneDrive.
